Terms and Conditions

1Use of the App

• •Purpose: Precise Clock is provided strictly for the recording of hours worked, labor costing, and project tracking.
• •Eligibility: Access is granted solely to active employees and authorized personnel. Use of the App for any personal or non-business purpose is strictly prohibited.

2Account Security & Responsibility

• •User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
• •Prohibited Conduct: "Buddy punching"—the act of clocking in or out for another individual—is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

3Accuracy of Data & Reporting

• •Employee Obligation: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have successfully clocked in and out for every shift.
• •Discrepancies: You are required to review your recorded hours regularly. Any discrepancies or errors must be reported to your manager prior to the close of the current payroll processing cycle. The company is not responsible for wage delays or errors resulting from unreported timecard inaccuracies.

4Technology & Connectivity

• •"As-Is" Service: Precise Clock is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, the company is not liable for service interruptions, server outages (including those via DigitalOcean), or technical glitches.
• •User Devices: Users are responsible for providing their own functional device and internet/data connection required to access the App. Technical failure of a personal device does not excuse the failure to report hours worked through alternative manual means.

5Termination of Access

• •Immediate Termination: The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice.
• •Post-Employment: Upon termination of employment or contract, your access to the App and all historical data contained within it will be cut off immediately. Final records for tax and legal purposes will be maintained in the primary payroll system.

6Limitation of Liability

Apex Management Company LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss or device malfunction.

7Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
